In July of 2000 at a Toast Masters' meeting in Downey, CA, I became aware that a group of male members were forming a Master-Mind group based on the principals from Napolian Hills' book "Think And Grow Rich". I asked the men if I could become a member and was refused, due to the fact that they wanted their group to consist of "men only". I proceeded to approach two business women from Toast Masters and another woman from Women In Film and we formed our own Master- Mind Group.
After one year, our group disbanded...Everyone achieved all of there set goals and made outstanding strides in their careers. Three months went by and I really began to miss the accountability that the Master-Mind Group afforded me. I felt that it was time to form another group.
In 2003, I met Marguerite Fair and together we updated our Master-Mind Group called M&Ms.
In 2007, Marguerite moved to Georgia. In Jan. 2008 we started our revamped Mater -Mind group and named it Master Minds Mentoring Women (MMMW).
We currently meet weekly via conference call meetings.

In 2003 I had the distinct pleasure to help Kathy Bee formulate a new and improved version of Master-Minds.
This group has helped me to find a unique form of support and accountability for my creativity in business and solutions for interactions with difficult people and uncomfortable situations.
Procrastination is an affliction experienced by everyone at some point in time. What the M&M’s does, is to create a forum of accountability for weekly goals to meet a specific premiere goal of the year.
Regardless of what a person chooses to pursue, it begins with a weekly, workable plan.
